Ok I'm in Act 3 and while playing through the game I noticed several things for which don't work at all
1 Darkness and fog cloud do not obscure at all like they are suppose to as I've tried it a multitude of times the first being when I tried to steal the Idol in the Druid grove. The Idol can not be stolen no matter what I did.
2. See Invisibility whether it be "Volo's Eye" or a potion of See Invisibility neither one will allow you to see invisible enemies at all in the game. So why have things in the game that don't work?
3. When going to Lora's house after saving Vanra soon as I enter Lora's house to tell her the good news she wants to fight. Don't matter if I go there right after killing Aunt Ethel or I sleep.
