Yes, Tav arrives in undyed patriar camp clothing, and having a full selection of clothes and dyes is awesome, but you can't make any more changes to appearance (no magic mirror) or access your camp chest to really make the camp reflect your Tav's individual journey. During the entire quest, I decorated my camp with stuff we found. There's no option for that at the Reunion Camp since you can't access your trunk (or the magic mirror) after entering the Morphic Pool.
