Witness Memory: a young moon drow is lead into a dark chamber, the older drow smiles downwordly of them as the walk away closing the door, the light from outside of the room dissipates, the room is an average 3 b 3 barely bigger than a cell.
The child cries softly to herself, the smell of stale moldy bread near by wafts through her nose.
She is not hungry now.
Day 13: the room grows darker the young drow no longer even remembers the feeling of the moon light on her skin, coldness marks everything around her.
“Blessed is the light of Lady Salune who cuts through cursed darkness” the darkness grows. The young drow repeats each mantra over and over again. Reaching into herself trying to find the strand of light that will bring back the moon that will unlock the door.
It does not come.
Day 66 the young drow sees Lady Salune and begins running towards her, but the light moves farther and farther away into the darkness.
Day 162 shes still runs towards it darkness cutting the path before her. She races towards the end of time itself she feels the darkness calling her towards lady salune. Tears burn her face
Day year 12 the door swings open. Her eyes changed. One burns with darkness and the other with lunar light.
The preistess of lady Salune stood at the door of the dark room with a key enchanted with moon light. “Heritic!” She screams only for her body to be devocered by the absalute who begain to conqure the temple.
Lady Shar Lady Salune (duality) “destroy the absalutes followers, cast true darkness upon them, burn then in the light if Lady Salune. Swollow them in the darkness of Lady Shar, prove yourself!”
The eldritch monsters controlled by the absulute would only see true darkness that burned like brightest flames and the eyes. That scared them the most. And eldritch monstrosities do not scare easilly.
Day 22: the door opens, her eyes changed. One darkness bound to Lady Shar, the other bound to the light of lady Salune.
Silver, and obsidion.
The cleric looks upon the young innitiate.
“You are not normal, leave this temple, never return unless you purify yourself of the curse of shar”
The childs eyes flare with both dieties energy.
“Forgive them,they have yet to learn of the moons phases” rang through her head. She knew it was the voice of both lady Shar and Lady Salune.
“Lady Shar and Lady Salune forgives you for your blasphemy” said the child as she walked out of the temple.
Year 532: “i awaken pn the ilithid ship, lady Shar has blinded my one eye, she speaks of a parasyte. She protects me from it. Lady Salune burns it in her light. I hear it screaming.
It hates my constant thinking. It is trapped in here. Its trapped in me. I will enacted divine revenge upon this emperor who defiled me.
