1) So I logged back in after a decent amount of time, decided to start fresh, and I re-installed the game since I had removed it earlier for room.
I had a few mods at the time, one of the a mod to add custom stuff to the customization menu, so I thought this would be the culprit. But even after deleting the mods the mod Manager I was using, re-removing the game (and deleting the leftover files that steam leaves in the folder even after you remove the game), multiple re-install attempts and one file verification, I still have the problem.
Everything loads fine, I get menus to select class and background, but once I click on the "Edit Appearance" button, the camera zooms in like normal, but I have no customization menu's at all. click the button to go back to "Edit Character" and the screen zooms back out, and the default class menus show back up again.
2) Game freezes every time It needs to do a die roll. I had no mods that would affect die rolls (only had 3, all of them customization options, all deleted and removed). Menu interaction works fine game works fine during conversation, but as soon as a die roll is necessary, game just sits there and will not proceed. Hitting space bar to "skip" does nothing, characters are still moving on screen, so it's not a full "freeze" of the game. It's almost like it's waiting for the die roll to commence, but it's not rolling so game sits there with my character looking around like an idiot.
I've tried this on both saved games and new games and same result, when a die roll is necessary, game waits for it, but nothing happens. I can hit esc and have full access to the game menu, and can reload any saved game I want, but they all respond the same.
