Yeah and you get Tara in camp, which is a plus. Still, my little role player DnD heart loves coming up with my own characters.
I think Karlach is supposed to be really good as origin playthrough. She narrates her adventures as an inner monologue according to people who played as her.
And Wyll has big main character energy, he probably would fit the most being the main, since his story is so rushed and he then could finally make his own decisions.
