"My" Halsin got past all the known points where he has been reported to bug out, but then his camp animations in the dockland camp in Act 3 stopped working. This was nowhere as serious as your bug. He just stood there, motionless, facing his tent, unless you controlled him and put him somewhere. It was fixed by moving to the other Lower City campsite. Did you report this bug to Larian?
