what isn't cannon is the rule set larian used like how their multiplayer changes spells...
There is a difference in how spells work in single player and multiplayer modes?!?
Is there a thread about this?
i'm not aware of any but for example;
my level 4 character has 2 wizard and 2 sorcercer levels while your level 4 character also has 2 sorcercer and 2 wizard levels... we spot a scroll of magic missile and wonder why it uses Intel if i cast it but charisma if you cast it... if i host the game and a npc like Shadowheart uses it then results can change if you host the game and your Shadowheart uses it because Larian made Larian rules
bg3 story is cannon i.e, WotC say yes there is now another D&D Campaign set in the gate and Jaheria and Minsc are part of that story but to make it work in a computer game Larian made [and keeps changing] their own bullshit rules... thats why the game goes to shit with every new patch and why Mac players can't play with PS players because under the bonnet has different code
