The dwarf lady can be pick-pocketed, but Hobgoblin and Mindflayer are much harder. I'd come back and do them level 6+.
Only have the thief thieving, the rest of the party hidden well away. If thief goes down, execute them and Rez. But you ought to have Invis potions, no?
