Bumping for visibility...so no ones had this problem or found a solution? Game is literally unplayable for me at this moment no matter what I do.
There's a thread somewhere about similar issues, what I got from memory is that the Larian launcher can "save" bugs and needs to be reset, among other possibilities. I've never had this issue myself, but you aren't the first to report it.
