After Patch 7 the "old" mod manager stopped working on my computer. It shows "loading profiles" all the time. I can't remove mods that make it impossible for me to play normally, because the game keeps reproaching me that it's unstable because of external mods. However, uninstalling them from the new in-game manager doesn't work.

Yes, that app no longer works. You can delete it.
Also, manually delete all the mods in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods

Ok, but how do I install my favorite mods now? In this new in-game manager, they are not available in the list.

The 3rd party mods' authors will need some time to do their own updates for the patch. I believe the BG3 mod manager will also get updated (link / link)

Unfortunately these mods could only be installed by MM, I manually pasted them into the Mods folder, but the game can't see them.

I'm so sick of this.

I never ever liked mods because they induce laziness in a company, but I had to use them in BG3 because Larian spectacularly failed to have decent looking White male faces.
