I saw Spawn Astarion got a change, I think Selune Shadowheart should have a different reaction and not be okay with Tav cheating on her with Mizora. After a life time of broken trust, lies and deception cheating on her and doing everything stated before by breaking trust and deceiving her she shouldn't be okay with it a have a more severe reaction and break up with tav.
