Honesty, it would make sense if she had a change of heart in those areas. In fact, it's there from the beginning if you're observant. "Got to stay focused, I can't afford to get attached... to anyone...". This line alone speaks volumes of what she truly wants in life - companionship.
Continuing on her Sharran path is fine if nothing is changed, in fact, make her even more heartless and uncaring. After all, that's what's said will happen anyway. Throughout the entire playthrough, to those that pay attention, it's clear she has inner turmoil. The Sharran path could clear her of that conflict in the darkest of ways, but so too should the Selunite path. Should also clear up the flirting around with other as well. Of course, I think this should go for all characters... It's just awkward.
One can always hope, but I'm not going to hold my breath. I don't think it's so much the writer doesn't care, and more of a want for the character to be a certain way. Which I understand... But I don't... Cheers.
