Does anyone know what this "Gustav" is? I certainly didn't install it and it can't be uninstalled. It's just infinite loading icon when you click on it.

Should I enable it?

Also, now when creating a new character, icons for races and classes are randomly missing.

This changes with each launch, sometimes, class icons are also missing now.

What does this mean?
That assets are randomly going to disappear now throughout the game??

Yup, pretty much all the icons throughout the game are gone now...

"Gustav" is an original game folder in the BG3 game. Its usually there when you install a mod with loose files instead of a single .pak file.

Yes you should enable gustav and put it first in your load order. Improved Ui should be second.
