I accidentally deleted parts of the BG3 program. How do I go about reinstalling it from GOG?

assuming you used Galaxy and not the off line installer... also assuming you have the lastest [patch 7] build of 4.1.1.5849914 then yes open Galaxy , select Bg3


another option is you remove all the files and reinstall bg3 but doing that will remove your saved settings like Larian account password and picked Gpu
