Ah I cannot update the first post any longer for some reason. Anyway, as far as I can tell, all of those bugs still persist and I noticed another one that slipped my mind previously because I hadn't recruited Karlach in a while:

In the Act 1 riverside camp, Tara sits inside of Karlach's stuffed bear and the basket with the wine bottle.


Edit: I noticed that God-Gale now has some romance dialogue with Ascended Astarion. That's a nice change!
