It starts on the opening screen. The hill and the city wall are there, but nothing else.
Click "continue" and the underground cavern is empty. No temple, no staircase, no adventurers.
Load a save and nothing is drawn except for basic terrain. No characters, no furniture or buildings, no anything.
Haven't seen anyone else complaining about this, so I guess I'm just special
Edit: and no, I'm not using any mods. This is a fresh install.
