Checked event viewer (nothing stands out to me)
Validated game files
Reinstalled game to both ssd drives

Western digital black pcie 3.0 ssd
Seagate pcie 4.0 ssd
Seasonic vertex 1200w gold psu
2 1440p monitors
1 4k monitor
Windows 11
I'm pretty lost here. This is the only game that does this. I've tried other high demand games (ie cyberpunk) I've also tried civ 6 in dx 11 and 12. The only thing I have not tried, is to unplug my steam index (I just thought of this. Last year before it broke I used to have issues have all 4 plugged in at once. These issues as eem to have been resolved since I got my index fixed)
Short of reinstalling windows, I don't know what else to try.
