The hidden button next to the secret door in the Knights of the Shield Hideout room isn't showing up at all even after passed perception checks. It will appear for a brief second while reloading a save but otherwise will not be made visible by any known means meaning the secret door is impassable.
This is referring to the front entrance to the Emperor's hideout with the large statue in front with the button not spawning to the right of the door with passed perception checks.
While there is another way through, this is still a bug that needs to be fixed as the other way may also trigger something that people may want to avoid. Thank you.
