Since they extended the evil endings so much and added special scenes for every origin character, do you think they intend to add more for the good ending? I think the brief scene of NPCs celebrating is pretty lackluster, especially in comparison now. I don't know what they're allowed to do legally at this point, but it would be nice if there was a cinematic for the characters going to the tavern for drinks as they planned to. Lae'zel and Karlach (and potentially Wyll) couldn't be there but the other companions and the characters you helped throughout the game could be.

Correct me, if I'm wrong, but aren't the epilogue parties only for more or less good endings ( failed Durge of course is a horrible ending, but only for that character). My understanding was that if you destroy the brain, you get the party with Withers and if you seize control, you get the doom and gloom endings, that are now implemented.

You're not wrong. You can play an evil character and still get the epilogue, but if you take over the brain you don't get it. I guess I didn't think about the new endings as compensation for being locked out of the epilogue. That makes sense.

This game already has epilogues for goood endings, as was rightfully pointed out. Also, personally, I would prefer Larian to spend their time and resources on fixing Durge's scenes, which are lacking. Good endings are already okay. At this point, when Larian is wrapping up with this game, I really think it's too much to ask. As much as I would have loved a new content, I need the old content to get fixed at least.

Honestly, when you stop to look at the script for the evil endings, they are incredibly short. They're just very flashy.
I agree the epilogue could be better- but that the resources should be redirected to improving them now, not so much, despite my disappointment in some of the aspects. And I mean, if it was a fix the final battle and the docks vs fix the epilogue, I'd pick the first. The epilogue is fine, all in all.

I also think the epilogue is lovely, generally speaking. It has some bugs that I hope will eventually be solved - or should I say wyll be solved because Duke-Wyll still thinks my Avatar-Astarion or Gale are Lae'zel? The endings are fine in my opinion and I'd rather have it if they solved some of the larger inconsistencies and bugs within the game instead of making a new good ending cinematic.

Agree with that plus more reactivity to Durge and Wyll and I'll be fine.

Since the other origins are my personal Durges (two more than the others) I'd have a list there too. Though Astarion's Origin is generally in good shape but Gale's is so horribly bugged in relevant story moments that it's sad.

I'm also really disappointed that the companion reactions to Origin Gale's orders are still bugged. I'll happily take bugfixes and more reactivity all around over new good ending cut-scenes. I love the epilogue party, though of course, it is one of the things that needs bugfixes.

I think the post-game epilogue is great as-is apart from the bugs people have mentioned. But I was wondering what they could be working on based on a few of their recent tweets. Since they added new cinematics and scenes for the evil ending I thought maybe they were going to do something similar for the good one, but I didn't take into account that the endings they added are only there for people who are locked out of the main epilogue. Someone with Larian said there was more to come, but I don't think it's anything on the scale of the new ending cinematics now. Probably just photo mode.

Perhaps they'll surprise us. The lying in bed animation after the brain fight was added in patch 6, right? Gale got the kneeling animation added to his proposal in that patch too. That was new good ending content. I really do hope for some bug fixes. There's some cool lines hiding behind bugs. I'm glad the romance banter is finally playing.

If the new camp animations for Shadowheart are anything to go by, I expect the camp to become a little more lively.
