I didn't know that you could reach the Underdark from the Zhentarim hideout. Other than that and the chamber is there any other ways to get there?

There are four entrances into the Underdark in Baldur's Gate 3:

The Whispering Depths, Blighted Village
The Defiled Temple
Riverside Teahouse
Zhentarim Hideout, Waukeen's Rest

Thanks guys I wasn't aware of those entrances. I'll keep it in mind on my next playthrough.

Weird, although I thought I had thoroughly explored the Whispering Depths, I can't remember an entrance to the Underdark. Always something for a next playthrough.

It is a big hole, which skilled players can drop Sheloba into.
The Companions comment on the breeze from there.
Must use Feather Fall to survive the jump.
You land just next to the Zhentarim Warehouse. When exploring, Companions comment on the bones being the remains of creatures that fell from above.

There are actually five entrances into the Underdark... you can also enter the shadowlands from the gith base then backtrack into the forge and across the water

imo the Zhentarim Warehouse is your best option as that can be done at very low level without fighting
