All the transmog mods that I am aware off haven't been updated to Patch 7 yet, so it wouldn't make much sense to upload them onto the ingame mod manager.
Welcome to the game of "have patience and hope for the best" which we PC mod users have been playing for a while now
Seriously, though, a lot of modders really need their time to update the mods because of real life entanglements that are more important that the game - and sometimes mods that we love get abandoned by their authors and the only thing we can do ( apart from updating the mod ourselves ) is hoping that someone else picks it up and updates it.
