Because when they designed those kisses, they weren't thinking about us, they were thinking about the spawn fans.
Patch 6 gave everyone 4-8 kisses (including the endgame last kisses) ASIDE from Spawn with only 1. With a horrible angle. Patch 7 still didn't fix it, instead it did changes to AA again. If anything, Larian pays much more attention to AA, compared to him, Spawn feels utterly neglected.

It is already there with Haarlep and no one complains. People love him. Also, Patch 7 kisses are non-con already, Tav's happy expressions don't change what AA is doing.
