Hi. I ordered Baldur’s Gate 3 - Deluxe Edition 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been properly shipped (shipping to Poland).

Initially, I received a tracking number the day after placing the order, but the parcel was sent to the wrong address and got stuck at GLS’s sorting center for two weeks before being TERMINATED completely.

I contacted merch-support@larian.com. They asked for my address again and told me that I “will receive an email with a new tracking number but we will contact you again when the package has been shipped”.

I haven’t heard from them since. More than a week has passed, and they aren’t responding anymore.
It’s for a friend’s birthday, and it’s running late.

Terrible experience so far.
Please help.
