I had never even touched mods before. I do not know what did it: downloading patch 7 or downloading the toolkit (or both).
Thanks to all the other replies, I'm pretty sure it's the toolkit now. Patch 7 was already applied. I was playing the day before without the warning. Downloaded the toolkit. Have gotten the warning ever since.
I have not so much as opened the toolkit, so it's completely in its default state. This is the surprising part, that maybe they didn't add logic to account for that.
However, I've also been playing multiple days, with saves in different progression states, and have no problem. Which also makes sense if its a warning that is related to the existence of the toolkit. The game shouldn't be effected.
I'm just not sure if I should click it to never show. It's not clear if, say there's some new difference later, will that trigger the warning or will it just start ignoring real potential problems?
