I have a similar case, I ordered BG3 on the account info that the game has been sent and on the carrier list GSL info that they are waiting for the delivery of the package. I am waiting for a response from technical support I contacted merch-support@larian.com. I am waiting for a response because I would really like to finally play the game, it has very good reviews and I am a fan of RPG games.
