I mostly only play Drow as I love them, but I keep hearing about Githyanki having a lot of scenes and dialogue, but no one seems to be able to give a good comparison. I do know that Drow, Tiefling and Gith are the races that have the most dialogue reactivity...but what exactly is the difference?

For those that have played through as a Gith -- how much content am I genuinely going to miss if I never play one? I know Lae'zell talks to you differently and I know the Creche NPCs would behave differently...but is that really it?

I eyeball the Git specific dialgoue being 90% in Act 1

Act one is most of the content. You get the same choices as Laezel at the ending, but only if you do Laezel's quest. Without her your githyanki is practically treated as another Tav in act three, which makes no sense. (Just like it makes no sense no react to them in the city.)
