Before patch 7, the game had the ability to click on the button to call up the dialogue history while the character is still talking, but now only after listening to all the replicas or skipping them, you can call up the dialogue history using the J button. I would be extremely grateful if this feature reappears in the current 7 patch. It was very convenient.

Hi there, you can (or I can) still call up the history of the current dialogue by clicking on the round Dialogue History button to the bottom left while in the dialogue screen. I could be wrong, but I didn't think this was any different from previous patches.

Previously, this was possible right at the moment when the character is talking, but now it is possible only when he finishes. There is a nuance.)

Admittedly I've never tried to click this button except when the dialogue is waiting for input from me, but have just tried with some of my companions, and while the button takes a couple of seconds to appear when dialogue first initiates, I seem to be able to click it at any point even when someone is talking (and they continue talking behind the dialogue history screen). I'm sure you're right that things are different from what you've experienced before as it's not something I've played with much before except when I've clicked through too quickly and missed something, but I'm still not quite sure exactly what we are missing now that was there before or why it was useful when the current implementation isn't.

No need to explain to me of course, but I'm curious!

Thank you very much!!! The solution lay on the surface, I tried to trigger it with the diary button (J), so it used to work like that, but it never occurred to me to press the one on the screen. But it works. Thanks again very much!!!
