The option to choose between “gentle” and “rough” in kisses would be perfect for all AA fans (there are players who are triggered in one way or another by the animations themselves, so being able to choose a gentle kiss would help a lot). It would also help to reveal Astarion's character from different sides, it's a multifaceted character, he can be both gentle and strong, dominant, possessive and loving.
