Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Technical Problems Beginning game - can't get up the ladder

Hi - just started playing this - I click on the ladder and I assume I've ascended it - but I don't see the next room.

Another thing - sometimes the mouse scrolls so quickly I can't see where the character is. Is there anywhere of centering the cursor back on the character?

I believe making sure CAPSlock is turned off will solve your problem.

I know that Caps Lock on is supposed to scroll but it didn't work in my game. Oh well... Uninstalled DD anyway (as well as every other game except Alpha Centauri) because I want to play only one game while I am waiting for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/riftrunner.gif" alt="" />.

when the shift button u can scrol the schreen every direction until the hero is at the border of the schreen.
capslock on, just prevents the game of showin the location you are when you go up or down a ladder.
and isn'ty used to be permanent used (capslock that is)
