...thought that when the harpers first attacked the absolute in the shadow realm that they were merely shadows posing as harpers to trick the protagonist into trying to give up the lantern from the drider so that they could corrupt the group?

I was spoiled about Jaheira being in act 2, so I wasn't surprised and thought, they were genuine.

But I do wish,we would have a bit more scenes, where our characters are killed into false security.
