I just bought BG3 for xbox and I’m trying to transfer a save from PC and it’s not showing up. I created a new campaign on Xbox and it shows up on my PC; however, a new campaign on PC doesn’t show up on Xbox.

On PC, the cross save icon appears next to the save I want and will say it’s syncing when I save in game, but it won’t transfer to Xbox.

I’m pretty lost here and google isn’t helping so I’d appreciate any suggestions.

Yes, that's right! If you're using Steam for your PC game you should be able to revert it back to the previous patch which I believe restores compatibility, but that's not much use to you if you have a patch 7 game already in progress on PC. Patch 7 for consoles is coming out next month, I believe, so you don't have all that long to wait for cross saves.

yes he is prob on Steam because Gog crosssave isn't working and Mac would still be the last patch

rolling back your Steam PC would mean your PC needs to redownload the old files and of course you then have to download them again when Larian updates their Xbox to patch 7 but that will be a fair while because Mac is the next release and its unlikely xbox or playstation will come at with Mac because the systems are very different

As per the update provided with the hotfix yesterday: "With October less than two weeks away, console and Mac players can expect Patch 7 to arrive soon!"
