Hello!

I searched the internet and didn't see anyone with the same problem so I'm posting here.

The problem only started when I reached act 2. The first time it happened was after a game crash that made me restart the game. It goes at follows:

- The camera is stuck under the map. I can move it around and can see the floor if I zoom out far enough.
- Looking at the floor I see no mobs, NPCs, or PC. I'm don't think I've seen objects (crates, chests..) either.
- The character interface on the left is now only a shadow with the "LT" button. No characters are appearing.
- The game menu doesn't work.
- The RT wheel technically works, map will open but fast travel won't work at the zones list is empty, journal and character info will be empty. Short rest/go to camp doesn't work.
- I cannot interact with anything. I believe my characters are simply not loaded.

The first time this issue took place, I managed to fix it by deleting my saves up to before I reached the shadowlands, and hard reset my xbox.
Before reloading my save I made a new character to verify if the issue was only impacting this save file or the whole game. The new character save file was working perfectly so I tried to load the act 2 save file and the problem was fixed.
I played and continued the game normally yesterday, making sure not to use quick resume as it's known to break games. I saved my game and went to bed.

Today I loaded my game only to find out the problem came back and got worse. No matter how many save files I delete, the game always reloads at the same place. I tried making a new character only to find the same problem on the character creation menu. I only had the character creation map with no interface and a free moving camera. No matter what I do it seems like nothing is working and I'm getting desperate.

So please, please, someone help me. This is my first run on the game and I love it so much it's become my hyperfixation. I live in a rural area and the game took me a whole week to download. I would hate to have to start over again.

Thank you to anyone who reads and tries to help smile
