Please, if someone has implemented this in the game, tell us how Karlach interacts with the unstable blood buff from Araj Oblodra?

If the main character gets this buff and has a romance with Karlach, will it explode during sex and the romance is blocked?

If the main character is Karlach, will drinking the potion be fatal?

Just in case.

Look at it as just a permanent elixir. You can still play the entire game the same as before, but now your blood is flammable. Thats it. It won't affect romances, no one will die from drinking it, it won't affect any story lines.

At least the 2 times I've used it. I used it on my monk in one game and on karlach in another.
