Larian reset their sign in server today... letting all kinds of spam onto their forums and breaking sync between all other accounts i.e, Gog, Steam etc will need to restart systems and sign back in ... just a heads up
you need to restart your system and then sign back into Larian before your in game options like screengrabs, cross saves [Steam only] and twitch items will work again
