I tried that mod last night but unfortunately, the blood on her persists. Thank you for the suggestion though!

It's blood. That can't be washed away. I imagine some armours may have the same issue, a whole companion is rather unfortunate. Something about blood makes it easy to glitch out.
yeah, she's had this issue for quite some time! Also, dirt seems to glitch as well because Halsin is in a state of always being dirty. Someone on reddit told me that Karlach is also in the state of being dirty all the time as well
