I'm on Steam, and game loading times after this hotfix have drastically increased. From the moment of launching the game it takes roughly 10 minutes to reach the Main Menu. Starting a New Game then takes another 3-5 minutes. Loading a Save (rather than starting a New Game) takes roughly 1 minute. This is a new issue that did not exist for me with Hotfix #26 or Patch #7.

Update: Upon further investigation, I have at least figured out that this appears to be an issue with Script Extender. Running a zero-mods clean Load Order cut those times in half. So part of the slowdown, at least, is related to SE managing scripts from mods that require SE. Even with a clean zero-mods game, that's still slower than I think is reasonable on a system with an RTX 4070 and 32GB RAM, but at least I know I should be able to improve things compared to the full delay by eliminating or limiting the mods that I use that rely on SE. Unfortunately, some of the best mods out there rely on SE.
