I just put lots of barrels around her - as many as my party could carry. Then blow them up with a Fire Bolt of course.
The rest was some Magic Missles.
The main problem was to get my Karlach (Monk) out of the way so she isnt knocked prone and damaged to near death. That needed a couple retries.
