Have you tried the
Nightingale's Lord Astarion mod?
It has the Minthara kisses reversed, so your Tav/DUrge is doing them to AA. It fits them so well, in my opinion. Just the right amount of dominance, and one really romantic one.
Your Tav has to be body type 1 though I believe, I assume it's because Minthara has that type. And it is random what kiss animation you get so it's not always Minthara's animations.
Edit: I just saw you where on console. I really hope Larian/Sony whomever adds it as a mod for you guys.
