In my case, she went blank after I freed her and told her to wait (while I would clear the path from other guards)
When I loaded back and told her to follow me and not wait, it was ok and we escaped, she went to camp and everything was normal after that.
So I think best advice is, save before you enter the interrogation room and if she turns zombie, retry with other dialogue.
