If Minthara Is Knocked Out Within The Goblin Camp During Any Of The Following Scenarios;

  • Became 'Permanently Hostile' by threatening to kill her through dialogue
  • Became 'Permanently Hostile' by killing Dror Ragzlin first
  • Became 'Permanently Hostile' by the goblin war drums being sounded

When the player eventually gets to Moonrise Towers; Minthara will be permanently stuck in the throne room (completely non-interactable and unobtainable).

Just like it was mentioned in this bug report; the reason this happens is because if in ACT I Minthara becomes a 'Permanently Hostile' NPC (which by default become non-interactable), the game will continue to treat her as a non-interactable NPC in ACT II as well and will only fix it if she auto-initiates her rescue dialogue herself (once her captors are dealt with). But in this case the player can't even attempt to rescue her and thus access her rescue dialogue, because she is permanently broken in the throne room.

*As can be seen in this scenario; killing Dror Ragzlin first and then knocking out Minthara will completely break her character in ACT II, because she became 'Permanently Hostile' in ACT I*

*As can be seen if she got flagged as a 'Permanently Hostile' NPC in ACT I - she cannot be interacted with at all in ACT II*

I'm also having this bug as well, I've tried a few different things but nothing is moving her out of the throne room after the cut scene has finished.

I should mention, I've also encountered this bug despite having knocked her out before killing the others.

Prior to knocking her out - have you threatened Minthara through dialogue or have the goblins sounded the war drums?

Because in both cases she will also become 'Permanently Hostile' and thus trigger this bug.

No actually, I'm pretty certain that I got in without issue and proceeded to go straight to Halison. After I rescued him, I snuck upstairs and fought her without even engaging in dialogue.
