I can't say I'm familiar with the other companion romance epilogues but I've romanced both UA and AA and witnessed my fiance romancing Selune Shadowheart.
I am familiar with the other epilogue romances so I can confirm Astarion got the short end of the stick here, for sure. Which is rare for him, but it happened nevertheless. Shadowheart (particularly Selunite Shadowheart) happens to have one of the most complete ones though, Gale as well.
