If Minthara survived, Volo will also permanently break - acting as if he's still stuck in the cage (even if the party leaves the area)
If Minthara survived, all the corpses, blood and Volo's cage will not get cleaned up so they'll permanently be decorating the camp (and blocking Shadowheart's tent)
If Minthara survived, the quest 'Travel Through The Mountain Pass' will also not update to account for Minthara no longer being able to help us
*As can be seen if Minthara is killed all is well. However if Minthara is merely incapacitated instead (00:24); the game doesn't properly account for this so the rare cutscene never triggers after the fight, the quest doesn't update, the camp doesn't get cleaned up and Volo permanently breaks from that moment on.
