No please! The Halsin X Shadowheart is already awfully implemented. The less I see of this hamfisted and poorly written pair, the better.
If you romance SH and not Halsin, he tries to worm his way into your relationship regardless. SH and halsin flirt constantly, even after you tell him NO. If you want to have fun in the Caress with SH - Halsin invites himself in. Saying no gets you a disapproval from BOTH of them. He spies on your swimming scene and invites himself there too. It's absolutely disgusting and I hate the way they try to undermine your relationship without your consent.
Instead, we should be asking Larian to fix the flags so that stuff ONLY happens if you decide to romance BOTH. Otherwise, shipping your Love Interest without your consent to another NPC is creepy and gross. Even then - Halsin should have never made it to Act 3 - his only role is to be a sex pest.
