And while I am at it, two related issues:
- If you cross one of the spots which normally cause Gale’s Arcane Hunger to trigger, but have not met Tara yet, the journal will tell you that your orb has gotten worse and you need to consume a magical item. Gale will however not actually have the debuff and you will not be able to consume an item. I’d expect the journal only to update if I actually need to consume an item.
- If you recruit Karlach and Wyll before meeting Tara, Tara’s visit will get pushed back by one or two nights - depending on which order you recruit the two. This also seems unfortunate as it puts Gale’s personal quest on hold for a very long time - probably great for speed runs though.
