The idea of making the AP cost depend on various attributes of abilities might inject some cool factor to the combat. It’d make characters rotate feel more unique where every character has their advantages and disadvantages based on their physique. I think it could make for more strategic choices but yeah might be a tad difficult to manage if you know some characters who are essentially nigh useless unless they use their turn to like heal up or something. I guess it would probably take few more adjustments being made until it is balanced for all types of character constructions.
