Is anyone recently experiencing issues with slow loading textures when the game jumps to a dialogue cutscene? It takes a few seconds for them to load fully. This was never a problem for me before.
I've tried the lowest possible graphics settings and I've tried using Vulkan over directx, but no improvement.

Radeon 6700XT
Ryzen 5 5600X
16gb RAM
