While I found at least hints about Moonrise Towers pretty early on, I don't remember anything odd about companions bringing it up when they did. It was only when there'd been dialogue about the base of the cult. It was also many patches ago, October last year, or something. However, in Act 3 there were some inconsistencies that may have had to do with not spending enough long rests. I remember Minsc reminiscing about something that happened in camp "a few nights ago", during his first breakfast with the gang. It's basically the same with Emmeline Hallowleaf. I never brought those to anyone's attention because I guess I auto-corrected them to head-canon.
