The obvious solution is of course making Seduce affect units of the opposite sex. Yeah it's heterocentric but I really don't think all units should be gay and if they were bi than Seduce would basically become Dominate and Gender would be a meaningless stat.

I can provide a savefile if requested but it easy to test on your own.
