Tech help, anyone?

Last few times my group had played we’ve run into an issue - one of the players keeps disconnecting. Not immediately, but a few times in an how or two which is often enough to be really annoying. I tried asking on the other board and didn’t get any solution, just advice to check the connection speed (it’s good). The computer is a new MacBook (funnily enough, never had the issue on the old below-min-specs MacBook…)

We’re going to play again next weekend so it would be nice to have some ideas for how to fix it. Anyone got any suggestions?

No mods installed for anyone, person who keeps disconnecting is not the host.

Ask them to call their internet provider and to just ask if they are doing any form of maintenance that might be affecting him in a particular way and also have them send a report of it directly to Larian using this form maybe its a known issue with Mac users;
