Larian Studios Forums General About this website Is the search function ever working four you?

I tried to narrow the list of threads with some search terms (the name of a character late in the game) but it refuses to find anything. I end up on the "please narrow the search terms" page and enterining further terms here returns to the main forum page with a list of the sub forums.

Is that ever different for you?

The search function is unfortunately pretty poor, but I've just tried searching for Gortash (as an example) and that does seem to work. I've found it temperamental in the past though, and know I've struggled to make it find terms I know are there, but haven't worked out a pattern. I think the Advanced Search function sometimes works better than just typing into the Search dropdown. Good luck!

later on I tried the Advanced Search and that finally gave me better results.

There seems to be no similarity matches where the search finds similar spelled terms.

So, 'Gotash' will not find 'Grotash' or 'Gortash' to stay in your example.
